Svelte Living’s Semi detached house has been designed for large groups such as Contractors, business travellers and families.

Families relocating to London love our house because of its big size, proximity to the city centre, (only 20 minutes by train to Liverpool Street) off street parking and garden for the children to play in.

Contractors love our house because they can park their huge vans on the driveway which makes it secure.

Tourists/Visitors/Leisure guests love our house because it is only 20 minutes on the train to Stratford Westfield shopping centre and 20 minutes into Oxford Circus station and other West end areas.

The house boasts a living space of 1125 square foot and has a private front entrance, which leads into the hallway with the first bedroom on the right. The hallway leads to a well-equipped kitchen with great amenities such as microwave, ovens, washing machine, a dishwasher and an American fridge freezer.

Following on from the kitchen is an open plan living room and dining. On the right just before the patio doors is one of the two bathrooms in the house, this one being a shower room with toilet.
The living room then leads you through a pair of French doors into the garden which has a patio and an outdoor dining space.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom.

Guest will self-check in using a digital key and a lock box and will have access to the whole house. There is off street parking and Brimsdown station is a mere 10 minutes’ walk from the house

The house is located in central Enfield which is in North London and is only 0.4 miles from Brimsdown overhead train station. Trains get to Westfield Stratford and London Liverpool street in only 20 to 22 minutes.

It is located only 3 miles from the newly regenerated Meridian Water which is next door to the beautiful Lee Vally Regional Park.

There is the Albany park for runners and football enthusiasts which is a mere 10 minute walk.

The house is located in a residential neighbourhood. There are local eateries such as a fish and chip shop, Chinese fast food and Mc Donalds all within a 10 minutes walk from the house.

Further afield, there is a Big Tesco supermarket for your grocery shopping, a Cineworld for movie goers and for more luxury style movie watching there is the Odeon in Lea Valley which is only 15 minutes drive away.

For those that do not want to go to the Westfield and Oxford Circus for shopping, there are 2 local shopping centres. The first one is in Waltham Cross ( Bus 279 or a 10 minute drive) and The Enfield Palace shopping centre in Enfield Town ( Bus 307 or 10 minute drive).

Local towns close to Brimsdown include: Tottenham, Edmonton, Winchmore Hill, Barnet, Potters Bar, Chesthunt, Cuffley. These towns are all within a 2 to 7 mile radius with Potters Bar being the furtherest.

Public Transport
Brimsdown is 0.4 miles ie 10 minute walk.
Bus 191 is at the end of the street which will take you to Edmonton and Enfield Town.
Bus 307 is a 10 minute walk and will take you to Enfield Town, Oakwood and Barnet hospital.

Bus 279 is a 15 minute walk away and will take you to Waltham Cross, Edmonton, Angel Corner and Manor House.

-Parties, loud noise and smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a fine of £500.

Guest access

You have access to all parts of the house except the garden office/store room

Other things to note

On Booking, Svelte Living will issue Terms and Conditions which must be signed along with IDs of all guests staying and a damage deposit of £300.

-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per bed set. Please let me know in good time if you require this so that I can order the linen.

-If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please let me know and the charge is £80 for this.


– No unregistered visitors unaccounted for on the booking will be admitted to the property. If the extra guests are not paid for. You will be evicted immediately.

-Late check out is no later than 12 noon to give time for a changeover and this is at a charge of £30.


-Early check in is not always possible due to change over happening from the previous guest but do let me know and we will see if it can be accommodated at £30/hour.

-This a residential neighbourhood with families so please do not make loud noise after between 8pm and 7am. Please respect the house and neighbours and pay particular attention to rubbish disposal in the check in information which will be issued out to you.

Any utensils used must be cleaned and returned back to where they were taken from.

If the BBQ is used, it must be cleared immediately afterwards and all waste responsibly disposed off.
